Title: Go Make Disciples

Passage: Matthew 28:18-20

Pray for Our Church (EFCLA)

• Pray for Prayer Ministries. Pray for the morning prayer ministries.  Pray that the Lord would raise more brothers and sisters to join the morning prayer meeting.  Pray that the Lord would revive, heal, and strengthen His church through prayer..
• Pray for the Sick. Pray for those who are sick. Pray that the Lord would heal them and restore their health.
• Pray for Happiness Group Ministries. Pray that the Lord would raise our brothers and sisters to evangelize the communities via Happiness groups.  Pray that many people would sign up for the 2021 Happiness Group Training (2/19-21).

Pray for the world

• Pray for the US. Pray that the goal of 100 million people vaccinated in one hundred days could be achieved.  Pray that the Biden administration’s 1.9 trillion-dollar economic stimulus package can be passed by the congress soon.
• Pray for the Mappila. The Mappila, who reside in Kerala, India, distinguish themselves from fellow Muslim communities in India because of their relationship with the Arab world. Many Mapplias are descendants of Middle Eastern traders who intermarried with the local population.  They have played key roles in fighting for India’s freedom from colonial imperialism as well as economic development in the state of Kerala.  Pray that mission agencies like India Gospel Outreach will send out believers to reach the Mapplia.
• Pray for Nepal.  Nepal has suffered from a history of government corruption that has led the country into poverty.  With the COVID-19 crisis, the poor are struggling more than ever.  Only 17 percent of the population works in the formal sector; the rest work in unregistered jobs without any social security.  With so much uncertainty, it is difficult for the government to plan for economic recovery.  Pray that God would take care of the poor in Nepal and that the gospel will give hope to the vulnerable.
