Announcements
- March Devotional Materials: Brothers and sisters who have subscribed to “Living Life”, please pick it up at the church office.
- Children’s Congregation:
1) Vacation Bible School (VBS) needs volunteers to prepare dinner (6/13-17). Short-term Mission Teams for El Cajon (6/27-7/1) & Roma Ministry in Serbia (7/29-8/7) are also recruiting team members. Please contact CC Director Ruth (ext.16) for details.
2) Children’s baptism class will be held on 3/06, 3/13, 3/20 and 3/27 for 4 consecutive Sundays from 12:30-1:30pm in the classroom on the 2nd floor. 4/17 (Easter Sunday) is the day for baptism. Parents of children who are willing to be baptized, please sign up with CC Director Ruth(ext.16). - Rose Hills Memorial Park: In order to raise funds for church renovation and ministries, the church plans to release the plots to members for purchase with a discount rate lower than the market price. Details about the land and related services will be given at 1:30pm on 3/6 and 3/20 in the fellowship hall (dining hall). Please contact Robert Lin at 626-319-9275 if you are interested.
- Hospitality: We now need more church families to join the welcome team to greet and serve new friends. Please contact Chi or Charlene if you can serve as ushers. Thank you!
- Easter Baptism: For those who would like to be baptized on Easter (4/17), please reach out to your advisors, fellowship leaders, or pastors for more in-formation. We will have a series of Baptism Class planned for you in upcoming months. If you have any questions about the schedule or Christian faith, feel free to contact us.

Prayer Requests
Pray for Our Church (EFCLA)
- Pray for Group Leaders. Pray for advisers and group leaders of Taiwanese, Mandarin, and English congregations. Pray that the Lord would give them love, strength, and wisdom to care for people, to build up new leaders, and to reach out to the lost.
- Pray for RPG. Praying together is God’s will for His church. Our church is promoting people to form revival prayer groups (RPG). So far, there are around fifty RPGs formed. Pray that the Lord would move more brothers, sisters, and even seekers to form RPGs, and our church would experience revival and transformation through praying together.
- Pray for the Sick. Pray for those who are sick or infected. Pray that the Lord would heal them and restore their health.
Pray for the world
- Pray for COVID. The number of daily new cases of COVID in California has been declining significantly. Pray that the pandemic would subside, and life can be back to normal mostly by April.
- Pray for Afghanistan. With the Taliban takeover, persecution against Christians has become brutal in all of Afghanistan. Any Christian, whether native or foreigner, is in danger on account of their faith. Open Doors, an organization serving the persecuted church, estimates that Afghanistan is the second only to North Korea in persecuting Christians. Pray that the Afghani believers, for them to be strengthened in their faith, and for their numbers to grow.
