Prayer Requests

Pray for Our Church (EFCLA)

  • From Pray for Hallelujah Carnival.  Pray for the Oct 30 Hallelujah Carnival.  Pray that we would have over twenty cars.  Also, pray for people who provide food booths and administrative support.  Finally, pray that many parents would bring their children to join this event.
  • Pray for Outreach Ministries: Pray for those seekers would continue to come back for more meetings, and soon accept Christ as their personal savior.  Pray that the Lord would strengthen the faith of those who have made their decision for Christ in the past few meetings.
  • Pray for the Sick. Pray that the Lord would heal those who are sick and restore their heath and strength.

Pray for the world

  • Pray for the General Election.  The United States w7ill hold her general election on November 8.  We will elect the US senators, congresspersons, governors, state senators, and assembly members, as well as various officers.  Pray that we will elect the godly men and women to courageously and humbly lead this country to please God.
  • Pray for Congo.  In the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), the Islamic extremist group Alliance for Democratic Forces (ADF) violently persecutes Christians in the east of the country.  In 2021, the government announced a state of siege in the northeastern provinces to curb the ADF’s attacks on communities and churches, but it was not effective.  Pray that God would work through the leaders of the DRC to bring an end to the violence perpetrated by the ADF.
