Prayer Requests

PRAY FOR OUR CHURCH (EFCLA)

  • Pray for EFCLA to experience breakthrough anointing and visions by the Holy Spirit this year. We pray for the anointing of the Holy Spirit to descend upon EFCLA. We pray for more brothers and sisters in the church to thirst for the Holy Spirit, to be filled by the Holy Spirit, desiring the anointing of the Holy Spirit, and longing for the transforming and renewing power of the Holy Spirit. We call upon the Holy Spirit, and as we open our mouths wide, may the Holy Spirit fill us abundantly. Let the anointing of healing and renewal rain down like showers, pouring upon our church, turning and transforming the church. Through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, we anticipate the revival of the church, restoration of relationships, and empowered brothers and sisters experiencing significant growth in evangelism and discipleship.
  • Prayer for the establishment of Christ-centered families in EFCLA. We pray earnestly for our church to strive towards establishing Christ-centered family altars this year. May the Lord grant parents wisdom and perseverance, willing to consistently and intentionally set apart time for sacred family worship. In Jesus’ name, we declare that the most crucial time for children is not in academics but in having a dedicated time for Jesus as a family. May the church not only focus on lectures about family and marriage but also faithfully restore family altars daily. Through family worship, may homes be filled with an atmosphere of reverence and a longing for the Lord. Not only relying on attending church every Sunday, but as children sing, pray, and read scriptures with their parents at home from a young age, they will be influenced gradually, establishing a foundation of faith.
  • Pray for the Sick. Pray that the Lord would heal those who are sick and restore their health and strength.

PRAY FOR THE WORLD

  • Pray for peace in the recent Red Sea crisis. Let us pray for the recent Red Sea crisis. We cry out to the Lord to cease the attacks by Yemeni rebel youth in the Red Sea, safeguarding all innocent civilians and maritime vessels. May the Lord bring peace, extinguish the flames of war, and thwart the schemes and cunning plots of adversaries. May the Lord continue to reign in the Red Sea region, bestowing love, forgiveness, and peace.
  • Prayer for the newly elected President, Vice President, and legislators of Taiwan. Let’s pray for President Lai, Vice President Hsiao, and the legislators of Taiwan. May Taiwan experience political freedom and spiritual liber-ty. We lift up those in power and authority, praying for the new government of Taiwan to govern with piety, integrity, and peaceful days. We seek wisdom for them and earnestly desire the powerful influence of the gospel to touch Taiwan, allowing them to understand that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. We ask for blessings upon the President and Vice President as they decide on the Prime Minister and cabinet team, that they may be filled with grace from God, leading the nation in unity and alignment with the will of God.
