Announcements
- Devotional Material: January 2025’s “Living Life” is available at the church office for pickup.
- Children Congregation: Due to renovations at the Agape Education Building during the holiday break, the nursery will temporarily relocate to Room #200 on the 2nd floor of the CM building. It will return to its original location on Sunday, January 12, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
- Reimbursement: If any coworker or fellowship has prepaid expenses for the church, please bring the receipts to the department elders ASAP before closing accounting books at the end of the fiscal year.
- Mailbox: Next year there will be a rearrangement for the mailbox in the Pastoral Office. Please take away everything from the box by 12/31. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Facility: 1/1-2/2025 our church office will be closed due to the New Year Holidays.
- Installation (1/5): New coworkers, deacons, and elders’ installation will occur in the worship service on Sunday 1/5/2025. Praise the Lord for their hearts to serve God’s church. Let us pray for our new church leadership.
- Expanded Council Meeting (1/5):
1) EFCLA’s expanded council meeting will be held on 1/5/2025 at 1:30 pm at the English chapel. For all pastors, zone pastors, staff, elders, deacons, advisors, chairmen, and small group leaders, please re-serve your time for this meeting.
2) The church board meeting will follow right after for pastors and elders to attend.

Prayer Requests
PRAY FOR OUR CHURCH (EFCLA)
- Pray for Church Leaders. Pray for pastors, elders, deacons, advisers, and group leaders. Pray that the Lord would help them build an intimate relationship with Him every day, and pray constantly, and live a holy and victorious life. Pray that every co-worker will fulfill their duties, so that each of them can lead and build up believers and become a good example for believers. Give them the burden to the soul and the eloquence to preach the Gospel, so that they will all become channels of God’s blessing and love.
- Pray for spiritual life. Pray that brothers and sisters would practice QT everyday by using Living Life devotional material. Pray that everyone would read the bible, listen to the Lord and pray daily. Pray that Living Life would become the devotional material for family time, fellowship and small group studies.
- Pray for brothers and sisters. Pray that the Lord would give congregation the same mindset to preach the gospel to their families, friends, col-leagues, neighbors, etc.
Pray for the Sick. Pray that the Lord would heal those who are sick and re-store their heath and strength.
PRAY FOR THE WORLD
- Pray for Church in the US. Pray that the church would find a new zeal and commitment to the mission and purpose of Jesus Christ. There is unity among all churches that reveals God’s love for the world. Also to reveal that God’s people are upright. They would look and act differently compare to the world.
