Prayer Requests

PRAY FOR OUR CHURCH (EFCLA)

  • Prayer for the Next Generation of Church Leaders. God is raising up young people, but they need to be equipped and covered. We pray that the Lord will bless the next generation of the church, raising them up to continue the work of evangelism, discipleship, and spiritual growth. May the generations walk together, becoming a blessing to the young people and helping them fulfill their calling.
  • Pray for the Church’s Annual Retreat. We ask the Lord to inspire more brothers and sisters in the church to sign up and participate in the retreat. We also pray for the speakers, Pastor Kuo Kuan-Tsung and Walter Chu, that through their sharing, the brothers and sisters may be renewed and encouraged to “hold fast to the original intention” and continue to pay the price for spreading the Gospel of Jesus.
  • Pray for the Sick.  Pray that the Lord would heal those who are sick and restore their health and strength.

PRAY FOR THE WORLD

  • Prayer for the Global Economic Situation. The global economy is fluctuating due to the impact of the new U.S. tariff policies. We earnestly ask God to grant wisdom to the leaders, so they may make the right decisions and promote economic stability. We pray that God removes the fear arising from uncertainty and grants peace and confidence to all people. May You stabilize the supply chains, drive industrial innovation, and promote social justice. We also pray that churches become a light and salt, spreading the Gospel in times of economic hardship, and testifying to Jehovah-Jireh, the God who provides.
  • Prayer for Relief and Reconstruction Efforts After the Strong Earthquake in Myanmar. Pray for the swift and effective progress of relief and reconstruction efforts after the strong earthquake in Myanmar. May the affected people truly receive the help they need and rebuild their homes as soon as possible. We ask that Lord bring an end to the political conflicts within Myanmar, allowing the country to focus on disaster relief and re-construction, and in doing so, foster social reconciliation.
