Prayer Requests

PRAY FOR OUR CHURCH (EFCLA)

  • Pray for church Revival. The church is our spiritual home. Let us continually remember our church and our pastors in prayer. Let us make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit. May God bless our city and nation through our church. Through prayer, may the church stay deeply connected with the Lord at all times. May He help us build an army after His own heart—one that can overcome the world and make a powerful impact on society.
  • Prayer for VBS (Vacation Bible School). Our VBS is currently underway. We pray that God will not only help the children participating to know Jesus and experience His love, but also touch the hearts of their parents through the “Parenting Sessions.” May the parents come to know God and learn how to build strong, loving relationships with their children, guiding them to draw near to the Lord and to fear Him. We ask that seeds of faith be planted in their hearts. May the children be willing to continue coming to church after the program, and may they also lead their parents to join them.
  • Prayer for the Church Short-Term Mission Teams. We pray for God’s blessing upon the short-term mission teams being sent out by our church, both domestically and overseas. May the team members continually take up the authority of prayer, interceding for the salvation of souls. We also ask the Lord to help them adjust well to the local weather and food, and grant them the physical strength and mental energy needed for their daily schedules and ministry work. We especially lifted up our first mission trip to Japan. May our team gain a deeper understanding of Japanese culture and learn how to overcome language and cultural barriers. May they be able to communicate effectively with the local people and build meaningful relationships.
  • Pray for the Sick.

PRAY FOR THE WORLD

  • Pray for the younger generation. We pray that God will raise up the younger generation to be a set-apart Nazirite generation, who do not complain but speak words that edify others. May they not follow worldly culture or fall into the snare of lust, but choose to be a holy nation. We ask God to lead the youth into their destiny and calling through dreams and visions!
