Prayer Requests

PRAY FOR OUR CHURCH (EFCLA)

  • Pray for the Restoration of Prayer Passion in the Church. The church is God’s weapon in spiritual warfare. We are now in a season of battle. May the Lord restore the spirit of prayer in the church, granting spiritual discernment. Pray that God would transform the atmosphere of prayer, rekindle the fire of intercession among brothers and sisters, and through kingdom-focused prayer, make the church a sharp instrument for spiritual warfare—standing against the increasing darkness.
  • Pray for the 8/16 Coworker Training Meeting. Pray that God will pour out a spirit of renewal and unity. May everyone engage in honest sharing and open communication, and may we have eyes of faith to see the doors God is opening. Let us be of one heart, praying together for the revival of the church, and may our love for God and for people be rekindled once again.
  • Pray for the August Family Joint Sunday School. Pray that brothers and sisters will actively participate, learning godly ways to build their marriages and families. May each home become a place of mutual love and faith transmission, where Christ’s name is lifted high and becomes a beautiful testimony.
  • Pray for the Sick. Lift up in prayer those brothers and sisters you know who are physically unwell. Ask God to heal them and restore their health. Also, please pray for Pastor Benson’s daughter, Danielle. A brain scan in Taiwan revealed a neurofibroma, and she will need to undergo surgery soon. Please intercede for her—for the Lord to provide the right doctors and hospital, for a smooth scheduling of the surgery, and for a full recovery afterward.

PRAY FOR THE WORLD

  • Prayer for Thailand. After legalizing physical casinos, the Thai government is now actively push-ing for the legalization of online gambling. Although the government claims that the goal is “to regulate illegal gambling under the law and collect ap-propriate taxes,” the highly addictive nature of online gambling and its po-tential impact on society are deeply concerning. Let us pray together that the Lord will lead the Thai government to repeal these harmful policies, and that the gospel will transform the land of Thailand.
