Announcements

  • Devotional Material: June 2026’s Living Life is available for pickup at the church office.
  • Equipment Department: A new English Sunday School Series Halo Zone has started from May to July every Sunday morning 10-11am at 119A classroom.
  • Children’s Congregation Announcement:
    1) VBS 3rd training session will be held on May 31, 2026, from 1:00-3:00 PM in the CC Worship Room. Salad and childcare will be provided. All mission team members are encouraged to arrive on time and attend the training. Please contact Ruth for details.
    2) From June 8th to 12th, Vacation Bible school (VBS) will be held in the children’s hall from 6:00 PM to 8:40 PM. Please register on the church website. For details, please contact Director Ruth (x16).
  • Graduation Night: Join us on Friday, June 5, at 7:00 PM for a potluck celebration of our graduates. Friends and family are warmly welcome to attend. If you or your student is graduating this year, please let Pastor Jacky know.
  • Father’s Day Celebration: Join us on Sunday, June 21, at 10:30 AM for our Father’s Day service at Live Oak Park, followed by a BBQ lunch, potluck, and softball fellowship. We welcome everyone to come and enjoy this special time together as a church family.
  • Glocal Short Term Mission: Summer Short-Term Mission teams a total of 50 participants will be serving, and the estimated funding needed is $40,000. Please keep them in your prayers as they go out to share the gospel abroad. If you would like to support the teams financially, please indicate “Short-Term Missions” or “STM” on your donation.
  • Operation Department: To enhance night time parking safety, the church will be constructing additional fencing and installing electric gates on the north and west sides of the property. The total construction cost is $75,000. Please pray for this project and consider contributing financially. During construction, parking may be limited. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Prayer Requests

PRAY FOR OUR CHURCH (EFCLA)

  • Pray for the graduates. Pray for the high school, university, and graduate school graduates. May the Lord guide them toward the next stage of life, whether in further education, work, or the future, so they may seek God’s will and experience His guidance and presence.
  • Pray for all ministries at the church during the summer vacation and in June. Pray for graduation season celebrations, Father’s Day outdoor Sun-day gatherings, and all kinds of summer ministry activities. May God use these gatherings as opportunities for blessing and outreach, so that more new friends and families can know the Lord and experience the church’s love and gospel.
  • Pray for the upcoming summer vacation. May God protect brothers and sisters to have wonderful family and fellowship times during the summer and holiday arrangements. May God keep everyone safe and healthy and may we enjoy a joyful and peaceful holiday.
  • Pray for the brothers and sisters in need. Pray for brothers and sisters who need physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually, asking the Lord to personally heal, comfort, and provide for them; We also ask God to help the church become a spiritual family that supports and loves one another, so that those in need can experience God’s love and grace through the care among brothers and sisters.
