Recruitment: We are looking for advisors and helpers to join our ministries to bless and inspire our college, high school, and middle school students. Feel free to reach out if you feel called and would like to know more about it.

EFC “Co-Laborers Training” (1/23): There will be a training organized by EFCGA on 1/23 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm through Zoom. Our pastors, elders, deacons, and advisors are invited to participate in learning the vision of EFC church this year and the opportunity to meet and interact with other ministry leaders across all EFC churches in North America. More details to come.

Happiness Outreach Group Online Conference: The dates are from 2/19-21. The time is 6-9pm on Friday and 2-9pm on Saturday and Sunday. The conference will be hosted through Zoom so please secure your time for participation

Prayer Requests

Pray for Our Church (EFCLA)

  • Pray for Sunday School Teachers. Pray for the teachers of our children’s, student, and adult Sunday schools for this quarter.  Pray that through their teaching people would grow in the knowledge of God’s Word, and the willingness in following God’s Word.
  • Pray for Prayer Ministries. Pray that the Lord would revive our prayer ministries.  Pray that there would be more people devoting themselves to prayer, and experience personal renewal and revival from God.
  • Pray for the Sick. Pray for those who are sick.  Pray that the Lord would heal them and restore their health.

Pray for the world

  • Pray for CMC Global. Praise the Lord that many individuals and churches have requested to download the video recordings and to share the videos of the conference with their unregistered friends and church members. Please pray for the internal Team to make decisions regarding the future accessibility of the conference resources.
  • Pray for SBC.  The Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) in the United States recently reported its largest decline in membership in more than a century.  In 2019, the SBC lost two percent of its members, which amounts to 288,000 people.  The total number of baptisms also dropped by 4 percent.  This decline presents a new challenge to SBC’s leaders as they seek to fulfill the Great Commission. Let us pray that the church in the United States would remain in Christ and grow in the Lord.
