Prayer Requests

Pray for Our Church (EFCLA)

  • Pray for Children’s Ministries. Pray for the preparation of the reopening of the Children’s service in August.  The Children’s service will fully reopen from September. Pray for the recruitment of staff for Friday and Saturday nights.
  • Pray for Journey to Intimacy Ministries. Pray for the BEST of JTI groups.  Pray that the BEST would have a good relationship with brothers and sisters through the JTI program to join our next HG groups.
  • Pray for the Sick.  Pray for those who are sick. Pray that the Lord would heal them and restore their health.

Pray for the world

  • Pray for the COVID-19. It has become clear that vaccination is the key to subside COVID-19.  However, the progress of vaccination in Asian countries is way behind that of the European and American countries.  Pray that the Asian countries would make great progress of vaccination soon to subside the COVID-19 in their countries.
  • Pray for Angola.  Early this year, ten unarmed protesters were killed in Lunda Norte province, Angola by local security forces.  They were protesting to ask for improved public services like water and electricity.  The officers did not detail the reasons for firing at the unarmed civilians.  The government rejected any attempts toward independent investigation on what happened.  Pray for the government to stop taking to arms against its citizens and instead peacefully come to good resolutions with them.
