Winter Retreat 2021:
1) For those who already signed up, please bring the check to our registrar Jimmy or Zelle to the church account with a memo “Winter Retreat”.
3) The Sunday worship service on 1/2/2022 will be live-streamed from the retreat site from 10am.
Devotional Material: 2022 January “Living Life” is available for pick up at the church office.
Facility: 12/25 (Christmas Day) and 12/28-29 our church office will be closed due to Christmas Holidays.
Construction: Praise the Lord! We have received the full amount of $150,000 to cover the fund for the bathroom renovation. Thank you all for your prayers and offerings.
Reimbursement: If any coworker or fellowship has prepaid expenses for the church, please bring the receipts to the department elders ASAP be-fore clos-ing accounting books at the end of the fiscal year.
Mailbox: Next year there will be a rearrangement for the mailbox in the Pasto-ral Office. Please take away everything from the box by today. Thank you for your cooperation.
Meeting: Expanded council meeting has been postponed to 1/15 (Sat) from 10am to 1:30pm in the English Chapel. The agenda will communicate the vision, department annual plan, code of conduct, and so on. For all pastors, zone pastors, staff, elders, deacons, and advisors, please reserve your time for this meeting. The church board meeting will follow right after for pastors and elders to attend.

Upcoming: Winter Retreat (12/31/2021-1/2/2022); Holy Communion (1/2/2022); Coworker Installation (1/9/2022)

Pray for Harvest Winter Retreat. There are nearly eighty people signing up for the winter retreat. Pray for the preparation, transportation, safety, Sunday live streaming, and the work of the Holy Spirit.
Pray for Worship Ministries. Pray for our worship department, Elder Max Wu, Deacons: Arthur AU, Natasha Hsu, Jen Huang, Joseph Lee, Ying Liang, Wendy Lin, James Wu, and Frank Xue. Pray that the Lord would use our worship teams to lead the congregants into His glorious presence.
Pray for the Sick. Pray for those who are sick. Pray that the Lord would heal them and restore their health.

Pray for Church in the US. Pray that the church would find a new zeal and commitment to the mission and purpose of Jesus Christ. There is unity with and among churches that reveals God’s love for the world. Also, God’s people are upright. They would look and act differently from the world.
Pray for the Bunu. The Bunu, whose name means “us people,” are a mi-nority in China. Although grouped under one ethnicity, they speak several different languages. Bunu culture is matriarchal, meaning that wives are the heads of the family. The Bunu are one of the largest groups in China without a single known church among them. Pray that the gospel to reach them in truth and love.
