Prayer Requests

Pray for Our Church (EFCLA)

  • Pray for Mission Month Speakers.  April is our mission month.  Pray for the Sunday service and Sunday school speakers.  Pray that the Lord would use them to encourage our church to better devote herself to global missions.
  • Pray for Happiness Group. Pray that there would be more BESTs to come joining our Happiness Group.  Pray that those BESTs would come back for the Happiness Group every week.  The Lord would give the spirit of unity to Happiness Group teams.
  • Pray for the Sick. Pray for those who are sick or infected. Pray that the Lord would heal them and restore their health.

Pray for the world

  • Pray for Global 6k.  The Global 6k, running for clean water fundraising campaign, is undergoing.  Pray that the Lord would move many from our church to join this campaign.  Through clean water, people in Africa may receive God’s love for them.
  • Pray for Iraq.  Iraq is a Muslim nation that has steadily persecuted Christians for many years.  Anyone who converts to Christianity risks losing their inheritance or marriage rights.  The government uses rules like blasphemy laws to discourage the spread of the gospel.  The level of violence against Christians has been increasing.  Pray for the persecution against believers to decrease and for God to embolden them to remain strong in their faith and continue to share the gospel.
