Prayer Requests

PRAY FOR OUR CHURCH (EFCLA)

  • Pray for the happiness group. May the Lord continue to provide strength, wisdom, love, and patience to each co-worker. We earnestly request the Holy Spirit to work in the hearts of those within the ‘Best’ group, igniting a thirst for the gospel, and that they are willing to make the decision to accept Jesus as their Savior.
  • Pray for PO co-coworkers. We pray that the Lord uses their teaching and ministries to help the church become more like Jesus. May He bless the lives of these co-workers, making their service to the Lord admirable. We ask for hindrances such as busyness, unnecessary distractions, mundane tasks, fatigue, and worldly desires to be removed. Let there be no distance between them and You. We pray that God establishes a protective firewall around them so they are not devoured by the roaring lion seeking to destroy them. May they remain undeterred, free from discouragement, despair, and loss of purpose as they carry out the vision.
  • Pray for the Newly elected elders and deacons. We pray the Lord gives a unified vision to the elders and deacons. Strengthen their faith, and may they hold fast to their personal prayer lives and time spent in God’s Word. May they consistently receive the vision and power from God, living as examples of longing for and pursuing heavenly spiritual blessings. Let them experience Your provision for all their needs.
  • Pray for More Participation in Church Prayer Meetings. We ask the Lord to raise up more people to watch over the church through prayer, making prayer the foundation of all ministry. We pray for more people who willingly participate in church prayer meetings, experiencing genuine and intimate encounters with Jesus in prayer. Let the life and power of Christ become a wellspring that flows from within, enabling us to experience and bear witness to the mighty works of God through prayer.
  • Pray for the Sick. Pray that the Lord would heal those who are ill and restore their health and strength.

PRAY FOR THE WORLD

  • Pray for the Middle East and the Nations.  May the churches of the world, at this critical moment, be able to discern Your will, standing together in prayer and supplication at the breach between Israel and other nations. We entrust the relationships of Middle Eastern countries such as Israel, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Iran, and others into Your hands. We also pray for Your blessings upon the relationships between China, the U.S., Russia, Ukraine, and other nations. You are the mediator between nations. In the name of Jesus Christ, we declare that all division, strife, and confusion shall depart from these countries. May the angels of peace surround and guard them. We pray for these nations to embrace Your will, for conflicts to cease, for peace to descend, and for all nations to turn to You!
