Prayer Requests

PRAY FOR OUR CHURCH (EFCLA)

  • Pray for the Church to Restore Its Passion for Prayer. The Church is God’s weapon in spiritual warfare. We are currently in a season of battle, and if the Church does not pray, it will either retreat or remain silent. Let us pray that the Lord would restore the prayer life of the Church, granting it spiritual discernment. May the Lord change the atmosphere of prayer within the Church, stirring up the hearts of brothers and sisters to pray fervently. May the focus of their prayers shift from personal needs to interceding for the Kingdom, so that the Church can become a mighty weapon in spiritual warfare, standing against the increasing darkness.
  • Pray for the Younger Generation. Let us pray that the Lord will bless the youth during their summer break, granting them grace and favor. May this time of rest and renewal be a season where they draw closer to God, deepening their knowledge of Him, holding firm to their faith, and bearing witness to Christ. Pray that the Lord will guard their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, protecting them from danger and temptation. We also ask that the Lord move more adults to become a covering for the young generation, walking alongside them, helping them have the strength to face temptations and the voices of the world, and being a beautiful blessing among their peers.
  • Pray for Summer Short-Term Missions. Let us pray that the Lord will grant faith and strength to all members of the short-term mission teams, giving them boldness to share the gospel and witness to His Word. May every place they go be softened by the Holy Spirit, experiencing God’s mighty visitation and the work of the Holy Spirit. We ask the Lord to protect the mission teams, granting them peace and safety in their travels, good health, and strength—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—to resist any attacks from the powers of darkness.
  • Pray for the Sick. Pray for the brothers and sisters you know who are in poor health, and ask God to heal them and restore them to good health.

PRAY FOR THE WORLD

  • Pray for Iran. Currently, Iran is experiencing turmoil. The people of the country are facing ongoing oppression from the regime and severe challenges in their daily lives. At the same time, a spiritual revolution is rising within the nation. Let us pray that the Lord will grant true peace to the people of Iran and give courage and faith to the local brothers and sisters to stand firm in their faith. May the Lord transform the people of Iran, allowing them to experience God’s abundant blessings, and deliver them from all fear and oppression.
