- Free Calendar: Care department has printed the year 2026 calendars as a gift to our church family. Please pick up one per household after the Sunday worship service on today and 12/14.
- Christmas Celebration:
1) 12/19 (Friday) at 7:30 PM : We will hold a bilingual Christmas Candlelight Service at church courtyard. This year’s theme is “The Light of Hope.” All fellowship and small group meetings that evening will pause for this service.
2) 12/21 (Christmas Sunday) at 10:30 AM: We will have a joint worship service with the Taiwanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, and English congregations. Please reserve the time and warmly invite new friends to join us in celebrating the birth of our Lord Jesus. - Finance Department Report: As of December 14th, during this year-end sea-son of thanksgiving, the church’s regular contribution is approximately $60,000 short of the budget. We respectfully request that brothers and sisters pay attention, pray for us, and contribute.
- Reimbursement: If any coworker or fellowship has prepaid expenses for the church, please bring the receipts to the department elders ASAP before closing accounting books at the end of the fiscal year.
- Mailbox: Next year there will be a rearrangement for the mailbox in the Pastoral Office. Please take away everything from the box by 12/31. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Mission Department Report: Praise the Lord! The Evangelical Fellowship received approximately $30,000 in donations, which has covered the budget shortfall. May God remember the care, prayers, and donations of our brothers and sisters.
- Fish Ring- One-Brings-One Campaign: All fellowships and small groups are encouraged to register at the church office and pick up a “Fish Keychain.” Each member is invited to give it to a friend you wish to care for and bring to church, whether an old friend or someone you’re sharing the gospel with.

Prayer Requests
PRAY FOR OUR CHURCH (EFCLA)
- Spiritual Preparation for Christmas. As the Christmas season approaches, in the midst of preparing gifts and attending celebrations and gatherings, we invite everyone to set aside quiet time before God. Reflect on the true meaning of Christmas, “redemption, peace, and love”, and how these can be lived out in our daily lives.
- Christmas Sunday Service and Christmas Candlelight Service. Pray for all the preparations for our Christmas Sunday service and Christmas candle-light service. Also pray for the friends and family we plan to invite. May the peace and joy brought by our Savior’s birth be shared through us with more people, drawing hearts closer to God.
- Pray for Relationships. Pray for our relationship with God, with our spouse, with our children, and with our family members, friends, and coworkers. Ask God to grant the power to break through barriers and bring reconciliation, helping us rebuild healthy, God-honoring relationships.
- Pray for the Church Family. Pray for brothers and sisters you know who are physically, emotionally, or spiritually unwell. Ask God to bring healing, restore their strength, and surround them with His peace and presence, even in the midst of trials.
PRAY FOR THE WORLD
- Pray for Youth in Europe and Global Situations. In recent years, the num-ber of teenagers in Europe involved in terror-related activities has in-creased at an alarming rate. In 2023, among the 60 Islamist extremists ar-rested across Europe, two-thirds were under 18. This may be linked to the rapid spread of extremist ideas through social media and artificial intelli-gence. Pray that God will protect the youth in Europe, keep them from the enemy’s deception, and help them hold firmly to the gospel and truth.
