一、本週經文 Scriptures：提摩太後書2:3-6  2 Timothy
​3 你要和我同受苦難，好像基督耶穌的精兵。 4 凡在軍中當兵的，不將世務纏身，好叫那招他當兵的人喜悅。 5 人若在場上比武，非按規矩，就不能得冠冕。 6 勞力的農夫理當先得糧食。
3 Join with me in suffering, like a good soldier of Christ Jesus. 4 No one serving as a soldier gets entangled in civilian affairs, but rather tries to please his commanding officer. 5 Similarly, anyone who competes as an athlete does not receive the victor’s crown except by competing according to the rules. 6 The hardworking farmer should be the first to receive a share of the crops.

二、 禱告事項 Prayer Items:
1. 為教會禱告：感謝主的帶領，2026年度新長執同工已選出。求主親自帶領牧師、長執與全教會同心同行，在愛中事奉，齊心興旺主工。 
Pray for our church. Thank the Lord for His guidance! The new elders and deacons for 2026 have been elected. May the Lord Himself lead the pastors, elders, deacons and the whole church family to walk in unity, serve in love, and faithfully build up the work of the Lord.

2. 為下一代禱告：2024年，英國的聖經銷售額比五年前增長了 87%，顯示 Z 世代對屬靈事物愈發渴慕。有分析指出，Z 世代對信仰的態度比父母那一代更為正面，而無神論在他們之中的影響力正逐漸減弱。讓我們同心禱告，願主點燃下一代對祂的渴慕，興起屬靈復興的浪潮，使更多年輕人認識真理、歸向主！
Pray for the next  generation. Bible sales in the U.K. rose by 87% in 2024 compared to five years ago, showing that Gen Z is growing more interested in faith. Pray that the Lord will ignite a deep hunger for Him and bring a wave of spiritual revival, so that more young people may come to know the truth and turn to the Lord!

3. 為自己禱告：求主使我們剛強，成為基督的精兵，遵行主的話語和法則，討主喜悅。能夠不跟隨世界，卻能專心事奉，在真理與恩典中，興旺神的國度。
Pray for ourselves. May the Lord make us strong in Him. Help us to be faithful soldiers of Christ in the battles of faith—not entangled by the things of this world, but devoted to serving Him wholeheartedly, loving Him courageously, and advancing His kingdom in truth and grace.

4. 為肢體禱告：為你所知道身體欠安的弟兄姊妹禱告，求神醫治他們恢復身體的健康。
Pray for the Sick.  Pray for the brothers and sisters you know who are in poor health. Ask God to heal them and restore their physical health.

二、 禱告事項 Prayer Items:
1. 為西非加納禱告：西非加納資源豐富，教育熱忱高，是極具發展潛力的國家，24歲以下的人口比例約佔57%。然而，因父母罹患愛滋病死亡的“愛滋孤兒”卻高達25萬，且有許多14歲以下的兒童也因愛滋病而死亡。讓我們一起禱告，願施行拯救與醫治大能的主，憐憫加納這片土地上的百姓，並拯救他們。
Pray for West Africa Ghana. Ghana is a nation rich in resources and full of passion for education, with great potential for development. About 57% of its population is under the age of 24. However, there are as many as 250,000 “AIDS orphans” who have lost their parents to HIV/AIDS, and many children under the age of 14 have also died from the disease. Let us pray together that the Lord, who works with power to save and heal, will have mercy on the people of Ghana and bring them His salvation.

2. 為弟兄姐妹的靈修生活禱告：求神幫助每位弟兄姐妹每天分別時間親近主，養成穩定讀經、禱告、默想的習慣。求聖靈更新教會，使大家對神的話語有更深的飢渴，願意以神的話作為每日生活的指引。求主透過《活潑的生命》的內容，讓弟兄姐妹在每日靈修中被神的話語光照、提醒與建立。
Pray for the devotional life of brothers and sisters. Ask God to help every believer set apart time each day to draw near to the Lord, developing a steady habit of reading Scripture, praying, and meditating on His Word. Pray that the Holy Spirit will renew the church, giving everyone a deeper hunger for God’s Word and a desire to make it their daily guide. Ask the Lord to use the content of Living Life to enlighten, remind, and build up brothers and sisters through daily devotion.

3. 為Gen Z屬靈渴慕與復興禱告：根據報告，Gen Z有更高比例參加教會。求神繼續在他們心中興起對祂的渴望，使他們熱愛教會生活，渴慕認識神、參與敬拜和團契。報告顯示聖經銷售量增加，求聖靈引導年輕人閱讀聖經時明白真理，讓神的話語在他們心中生根發芽，帶來生命轉化。願Gen Z在校園、職場和社群中成為光與鹽，用信仰見證影響身邊的人，帶來更多人歸向主。
Prayer for the spiritual hunger and revival of Gen Z. According to reports, a higher proportion of Gen Z attend church. We pray that God continues to stir a deep desire for Him in their hearts, that they may love church life, seek to know God, and eagerly participate in worship and fellowship. Reports also show an increase in Bible sales; we pray that the Holy Spirit will guide young people as they read the Scriptures, helping them understand the truth so that God’s Word may take root in their hearts and bring life transformation. May Gen Z be a light and salt in their schools, workplaces, and social communities, bearing witness through their faith and leading more people to the Lord.

4. 為感恩的季節禱告：為感恩的心禱告，求神幫助弟兄姐妹時常心懷感恩，不論順境或逆境，都能看見神的恩典與供應。求主祝福家庭聚會，使家人之間彼此理解、尊重與和睦，彰顯神的愛。願弟兄姐妹以感恩的心見證神的恩典，使更多人因看見神的作為而被吸引，認識救主耶穌基督。
Prayer for the season of thanksgiving. We pray for hearts of gratitude, asking God to help brothers and sisters always remain thankful, seeing His grace and provision in both good times and difficult times. We pray that the Lord bless family gatherings, so that family members may understand, respect, and live in harmony with one another, reflecting God’s love. May brothers and sisters bear witness to God’s grace with grateful hearts, so that more people, seeing His works, will be drawn to know the Savior, Jesus Christ.
