一、 本週經文 Scriptures：路加福音 11:5-8 Luke
5 耶穌又對他們說：「你們中間誰有一個朋友半夜到他那裏去，對他說：『朋友！請借給我三個餅；6 因為我有一個朋友旅途中來到我這裏，我沒有東西招待他。』7 那人在裏面回答：『不要打擾我，門已經關了，孩子們也同我在床上了，我不能起來給你。』8 我告訴你們，雖不因他是朋友起來給他，也會因他不顧面子地直求，起來照他所需要的給他。
5 Then Jesus said to them, “Suppose you have a friend, and you go to him at midnight and say, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves of bread; 6 a friend of mine on a journey has come to me, and I have no food to offer him.’ 7 And suppose the one inside answers, ‘Don’t bother me. The door is already locked, and my children and I are in bed. I can’t get up and give you anything.’ 8 I tell you, even though he will not get up and give you the bread because of friendship, yet because of your shameless audacity[e] he will surely get up and give you as much as you need.
二﹑禱告事項 Prayer Items:
1. 為印度禱告：印度政府對印度極端份子的縱容，及現任總理長期執政的默許，導致針對基督徒的暴力與宗教迫害問題激增，數萬名基督徒被迫移居，許多教堂被毀。讓我們為印度百姓禱告，使他們能認識真神，也為當地教會和基督徒都能堅持信心，直到最後得勝。
Pray for India. The Indian government’s tolerance of extremist groups, along with the long-term acquiescence of the current Prime Minister, has led to a surge in violence and religious persecution against Christians. Tens of thousands of Christians have been forced to relocate, and many churches have been destroyed. Let us pray for the people of India, that they may come to know the true God, and for the local churches and Christians to remain steadfast in their faith until they ultimately overcome.
2. 為10/12的週年慶和10/19的和會禱告：全教會可以一起聚集敬拜神，數算上帝的恩典，領受新的異象。和會的預算和新長執投票可以順利，弟兄姊妹積極參與，更多認識教會，增加對教會的歸屬感。
Pray for the October 12th Anniversary Celebration and the October 19th Church Member Meeting. Pray that the whole church may gather together to worship God, count His blessings, and receive new vision. Pray that the church meeting’s budget and the voting for new elders proceed smoothly, that brothers and sisters participate actively, come to know the church better, and grow in their sense of belonging.
3. 為9-11月裝備部各項主日學禱告：有猶大書、我為何要信-信仰問答、新約綜覽(下)、門徒學校(下)、7A正向教養親職課程、新約課程、舊約課程。求主使用這些課程，成為眾弟兄姊妹在真道上扎根、在生活中活出信仰的祝福，也求主感動更多弟兄姊妹參與學習，讓主日學成為教會復興與生命成長的器皿。
Pray for the Sunday School programs from September to November. “Why Believe – Faith Q&A”, “Overview of the New Testament (Part 2)”, “Discipleship School (Part 2)”, and “7A Positive Parenting Course”. May the Lord use these courses to help our brothers and sisters be firmly rooted in the truth and live out their faith in daily life. We also pray that the Lord would move more brothers and sisters to participate in these classes, so that Sunday School may become a vessel for church revival and spiritual growth.
4. 為幸福小組禱告：教會今年秋季的幸福小組已經開始進行，請為這些幸福小組的組員們禱告，求神使他們有一樣的心思意念，同心合意興旺福音，也請為新朋友禱告，他們可以持續參加，聖靈在他們中間工作，以至於聽到福音，相信耶穌基督做他們生命的主。
Pray for the Happiness Outreach Small Groups. The church’s Happiness Groups for this fall have already begun. Please pray for the members of these groups, asking God to give them the same mindset and purpose, united in advancing the gospel. Also, pray for the new friends, that they may continue to participate and that the Holy Spirit would work among them, so that they may hear the gospel and come to believe in Jesus Christ as the Lord of their lives.
5. 為肢體禱告：請繼續為Danielle手術後的恢復禱告。為你所知道身體欠安的弟兄姊妹禱告，求神醫治他們恢復身體的健康。
Pray for the Sick. Please pray for Danielle’s recovery after brain surgery. Pray for the brothers and sisters you know who are in poor health, and ask God to heal them and restore them to good health.
