一、本週經文Scriptures: 哥林多前書9:24-27 1 Corinthians
24 豈不知在場上賽跑的都跑，但得獎賞的只有一人？你們也當這樣跑，好叫你們得著獎賞。 25 凡較力爭勝的，諸事都有節制，他們不過是要得能壞的冠冕；我們卻是要得不能壞的冠冕。 26 所以，我奔跑不像無定向的；我鬥拳不像打空氣的。 27 我是攻克己身，叫身服我，恐怕我傳福音給別人，自己反被棄絕了。
24 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. 25 Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. 26 Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. 27 No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.
二、禱告事項 Prayer Items:
1. 為中國與當地教會代禱：求神在中國掌權施行公義，止息對人民與教會的逼迫與打壓，保守信徒在困難與壓力中仍持守信心與盼望；也求主堅固當地牧者與教會，讓福音繼續廣傳，在黑暗中仍有真理與光照。
Pray for China and the churches there. May God reign with righteousness and bring an end to persecution and oppression against people and churches. Pray that believers will remain faithful and hopeful amid difficulties, and that pastors and churches will be strengthened to continue shining the light of the Gospel.
2. 為學生與畢業生代禱：求神保守學生們在學年最後階段有智慧、專注與平安，順利完成課業與考試；也特別為高中與大學畢業生禱告，求主帶領他們人生下一階段的方向，無論升學、工作或未來道路，都能經歷神的引導與同在。
Pray for students as they finish the school year strong with wisdom, focus, and peace. Pray especially for high school and college graduates as they enter the next stage of life, that God will guide their future paths in education, work, and life decisions.
3. 為六月教會事工與外展代禱：為六月即將舉行的畢業慶祝活動、父親節戶外主日聚會，以及各樣夏季事工禱告。求神使用這些聚會成為祝福與外展的機會，讓更多新朋友與家庭能認識主、經歷教會的愛與福音。
Pray for upcoming June ministries. Including graduation celebrations, the Father’s Day outdoor worship service, and various summer ministries. May God use these gatherings as opportunities for outreach, so that new friends and families may experience the love of Christ and the warmth of the church family.
4. 為教會家庭暑期生活代禱：求神保守弟兄姊妹在暑期的生活與安排中，仍然持續親近神、委身教會，不因忙碌或旅行而遠離主；也求神保守所有出遊與返鄉的家庭平安健康，賜下看顧與保護。
Pray for church families during the summer season. May they continue to stay close to God and remain spiritually rooted even amid vacations, travel, and busy schedules. Pray also for safety, health, and God’s protection over all families who will be traveling.
5. 為有需要的弟兄姊妹代禱：為身體、情緒、心理與靈命上有需要的弟兄姊妹禱告，求主親自醫治、安慰與供應；也求神幫助教會成為彼此扶持、彼此相愛的屬靈家庭，使有需要的人能透過教會的關懷經歷神的愛與恩典。
Pray for brothers and sisters who are facing physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual struggles. May the Lord bring healing, comfort, strength, and provision. Pray also that the church family would grow in love and care for one another, so that those in need may experience God’s grace through the support of the body of Christ.
